You can identify sibling relationships in your school through the Siblings List Report available under:

Users Reports > Siblings List

The report displays:

  • Student Name

  • ID Number

  • Class

  • Number of Siblings

  • Siblings' Names

  • Siblings' Classes

  • Sibling Rank



Filtering the Siblings Report

Use the filter panel to tailor the report to your needs. Here's what you can filter by:

Filter OptionDescription
Group LevelChoose the educational stage (e.g., KG, Elementary, Secondary).
ClassEnter a specific class (e.g., Grade 4-B) to narrow the view.
Show students whoToggle between "Have siblings" or "Have no siblings".
NationalityFilter by students’ nationality.
GenderChoose between Male, Female, or Any.
Birth YearSet a birth year range (e.g., 2010–2013) to filter siblings by age group.




Exporting the Siblings List

Once filtered, the siblings list can be exported to Excel by clicking the Export button. This allows administrators to:

  • Generate reports for internal records

  • Share lists with finance or registrar teams

  • Use sibling data in scheduling and communications
