The Watchers feature in EduNation allows you to monitor who has accessed a report card and how often. Here’s how to use it:

1. Access the Report Cards Section:

   • Navigate to Reports & Analytics on the left sidebar.
   • Select Report Cards to view all created reports.

2. Find the Desired Report Card:

   • Use filters for Year, Group, or the Search bar to locate the report card.

3. Open Watchers:

   • Click the arrow (action menu) next to the report title.
   • Select Watchers from the dropdown menu.

4. View Details:

   • A panel will open, showing:
     • First Access: The date and time the watcher (Parents) accessed the report.
     • Last Access: The most recent time the report was viewed.
     • Access Count: How many times the watcher has viewed the report.
