How to Edit Created Report Cards in EduNation

Step 1: Navigate to the Report Cards Section

  1. Log in to your EduNation account.
  2. In the Reports & Analytics menu on the left sidebar, select Report Cards to view all created reports.

Step 2: Find the Report Card You Want to Edit

  1. Use the Year, Group, or Search options at the top to locate the specific report card you need to edit.
  2. Once you find the report card, click on the arrow (action menu) next to the report title.

Step 3: Select the Edit Option

  1. From the action menu, select Edit (represented by a pencil icon).
  2. This will open the report card’s settings and details for editing.



Step 4: Make Necessary Changes

  1. In the editing window, you can modify fields such as the Title, Class, Year, Semester, Cover, and other settings.
  2. Update grades, subjects, or any additional information as needed.



Step 5: Save the Changes

  1. Once all edits are complete, click Save to apply your changes.
  2. To view the updated report card with the latest changes, go back to the action menu and select Generate to refresh the report.


Apply Filters (Optional):
Click the Filter button to refine your selection based on specific criteria:

1. Semester: Select a particular semester or choose "All semesters."
2. Subject: Enter a subject name to filter by subject 
3. Type: Select a grade type (e.g., "Semester Grade") to narrow down the groups. 
4. Search: Enter keywords that the report title should contain. 
5. Master Gradebook: Choose a gradebook if applicable.
6. Excluded Types: Specify any grade types you want to exclude.


Warning: After making any changes or updating grades, you must regenerate the report to display the latest results. Failing to do so will show outdated information.
