The bulk changes feature allows administrators to modify several report cards simultaneously, eliminating the need for repetitive actions. This can update the publish status, semester, template, title, or average type.
Step-by-Step Guide to Bulk Changes:
Step 1: Navigate to the Report Cards Page
- Log in to your Edunation account with administrative access.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Reports & Analytics > Report Cards.
- Choose the academic year and group, and use the search bar to locate specific report cards if needed.

Step 2: Select the Report Cards to Modify
- Identify the report cards you want to update.
- Use the checkboxes beside the report card titles to select multiple cards.
- The bottom panel will display the number of selected report cards (e.g., "4 Selected Report Cards").

Step 3: Apply Bulk Changes
- Click on the Bulk Change button in the bottom action panel.
