1. Navigate to the Student Profile
- Log into your LMS platform.
- Use the Search Bar to find the student by name or ID.
- Click on the student’s profile to access their details.
2. Locate the “Block Report Cards” Option
- Under the "Info" tab, scroll down to the "Basic Details" section.
- Look for the “Block Report Cards” setting.
3. Modify the “Block Report Cards” Setting
- Click the edit (pencil) icon next to "Block Report Cards."
- Select “Yes” from the dropdown menu to prevent the student from accessing their report cards.
- Click the ✔️ Save button to apply the changes.
4. Verify the Setting
- Once saved, the setting should now display “Block report cards: Yes”.
