Introduction

The Grades Summary Report provides a comprehensive overview of students' grades across different subjects. However, some grades may appear hidden in this report. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to ensure that all grades are visible by adjusting their privacy settings in the Grades Groups list.


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Grades Summary Report

  1. Log in to your Edunation account.
  2. Navigate to Grade Reports from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Grades Summary to open the report.
  4. Choose the appropriate Year, Group, and Grade Type to filter the data.

Note: If certain grades are missing from the report, proceed to the next steps to check their privacy settings.


Step 2: Check the Grades Groups Settings

  1. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Assessment > Grades Groups.
  2. Ensure that you have selected the correct academic year and grade type in the filter.
  3. Look for the grade groups associated with the missing grades.

Step 3: Adjust the Privacy Settings

  1. In the Grades Groups list, locate the relevant grades.
  2. Check the status ofthe grades:
    • If a grade group is marked as "Draft" or "By Permission", it might not be visible in the Grades Summary Report.
    • Click the dropdown icon next to the grade group and change its status to "Published".



Important Notes

  • Draft Grades: Grades in draft status will not appear in reports.
  • Private Grades: If a grade is set as private, only authorized users can access it.
  • Filters: Ensure you have applied the correct filters in the Grades Summary Report to include all relevant data.
