Introduction

The Logins Report in Edunation provides administrators with insights into user login activity, including timestamps, device usage, and login frequency. This tool helps track user engagement, troubleshoot login issues, and ensure system security.


Step 1: Navigate to the Users Page

  1. Log in to your Edunation account with administrative privileges.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Users under the Management section.

  3. Use the search bar to find the specific user whose login activity you want to track.

Step 2: Access the Logins Report

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to the user’s role.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Logins Report.


Step 3: View and Analyze the Report

  1. The Logins Report window will appear, displaying login details for the selected user.

  2. The report includes:

    • User Name: Identifies the logged-in user.

    • Device: Shows whether the login was from a desktop or mobile device.

    • Login Date: Displays the exact date and time of login events.

  3. Scroll through the entries to review login patterns and frequency.


Step 4: Export or Print the Report (Optional)

  1. Use the Print icon to generate a hard copy of the report.

  2. Click on the Export button (if available) to download the report for record-keeping.
