To regenerate multiple report cards simultaneously in EduNation, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Report Cards Section:

    • Log in to your EduNation account.
    • Navigate to Reports & Analytics in the left sidebar.
    • Select Report Cards to view all existing reports.

  2. Select the Report Cards to Regenerate:

    • Use the checkboxes next to each report card title to select the ones you wish to regenerate.
    • To select all report cards on the current page, click the checkbox at the top of the list.

  3. Initiate Bulk Regeneration:

    • After selecting the desired report cards, look for the Regenerate button, typically located + Sign.





Once you initiate the report card generation process, a window will open displaying the Current Report being generated. This window includes:

  1. Report Name: Displays the title of the report currently being generated (e.g., "Quarter 1").
  2. Remaining Time: Indicates the time left for the report generation process to complete.
  3. Progress Indicator: Shows a visual progress bar tracking the generation status.
  4. Warning Message: Clearly states, “Please do not close the window or go to another page!” to prevent interruptions in the process.

It is important to remain on this page until the report generation is completed to avoid data loss or incomplete processing. Once finished, you will be notified.
