  1. Templates: Allows you to create and manage report card templates, ensuring consistency across different grades and subjects.

  2. Report Cards: This section displays a list of generated reports, providing details such as:

    • Title: Name of the report (e.g., "First Term Final Report").
    • Class: Grade level and term associated with the report.
    • Created By: The user who generated the report and the creation date.
    • Selected Grades: Shows the number of grade groups, subjects, and grade types included in each report.

  3. PYP, MYP, and IB Reports: Specific options for managing report cards based on the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and International Baccalaureate (IB) frameworks.

  4. Report Card Comments: A dedicated section for adding or managing comments on report cards, allowing educators to provide qualitative feedback.
