Instructions to Use the "Students Averages" Report
Step 1: Access the Students Averages Report
- Log in to your Edunation account.
- Navigate to the Students Averages section in the left-hand menu.
- Select Students Averages from the dropdown menu to open the report.
Tip: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access this feature.
Step 2: Apply Filters to Customize the Report
- Click the Filter button located at the top-right corner of the page.
- Use the filtering options to customize your view:
- Year and Group: Select the academic year and student group (e.g., Grade 6).
- Grade Types: Choose specific grade types such as "Term 1" or "Final Exam."
- Subject Filters: Include or exclude subjects as needed.
- Rounding Options: Set grade or average rounding to no decimal, one decimal, or two decimals.
- Teacher Filter: Narrow results by a specific teacher.
- Click Apply to update the report based on the selected filters.
Important Note: You can reset filters at any time by clicking the Reset button.
Step 3: Analyze and Use the Report
- Review the student averages displayed in the table.
- Use color-coded indicators to quickly identify strong and weak performances.
- Columns represent subjects; rows correspond to individual students.
- Export the report if needed for sharing or further analysis.
