Follow these steps to move student grades efficiently:

  1. Access the "Moved Students' Grades" Section:

    • Navigate to Data Validation in the left sidebar.
    • Select Moved Students' Grades.
  2. Filter the List:

    • Use the Year dropdown to select the academic year.
    • Filter by criteria like "New grade is empty."
    • Use the Group Level dropdown to choose the relevant grade or class.
  3. Select the Students:

    • Check the boxes next to the students whose grades you want to move. You can select multiple students at once.
  4. Move the Grades:

    • Click the Move Grades icon (highlighted in red in the image).
    • Confirm the action to transfer the selected grades to the new class.
  5. Review the Changes:

    • Review the Current Grade Group and Current Grade columns to verify that the grades have been correctly transferred to the new class.



This process ensures that students' grades are accurately updated after changing their class or group.
