Instructions to Use the Grades Summary Report

Step 1: Access the Grades Summary Report

  1. Log in to your Edunation account.
  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Grade Reports.
  3. Select Grades Summary from the list.

Step 2: Configure the Report Filters

  1. In the Grades Summary page, use the filter panel on the right side to configure the report:
    • Year: Select the academic year you want to analyze.
    • Group: Choose the group or class (e.g., Grade 6-A).
    • Grade Types: Select the required grade type (e.g., Term 1).
      Note: Filtering by Grade Types is mandatory to avoid retrieving an excessive amount of data, ensuring better performance and faster results.
  2. Additional filters are available for further customization:
    • Subject: Filter the report by specific subjects.
    • Numeric Grades: Choose to display grades as Show Original or Out of 100.
    • Rounding: Decide how grades are displayed: No decimal, 1 decimal point, or 2 decimal points.

Step 3: Analyze the Grades Summary Report

  1. The report will display the grades of each student grouped by subjects in a color-coded format:
    • Red: Low performance
    • Yellow: Average performance
    • Green: High performance
  2. Scroll horizontally or vertically to view detailed grades for all students and subjects.
  3. Use the Group By dropdown menu to group the data as per your preference (e.g., by Subject).
  4. Customization: This report is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor the display to your specific needs by adjusting filters and report settings.
