The Grades List Report in Edunation is a powerful tool that allows schools to view and analyze students' grades across subjects, terms, and classes. This guide walks you through the steps to efficiently use this report.


 

Instructions for Using the Grades List Report

To get the most out of the Grades List Report, follow the steps below:


Step 1: Access the Grades List Report

  1. Log in to your Edunation account.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Grade Reports.
  3. Select Grades List from the dropdown menu.
  4. Use the filters at the top of the page to specify the academic year and group (e.g., Grade 6-A).


Tip: Use the search bar to quickly locate specific students or classes.


Step 2: Customize the Report

To narrow down the data:

  1. Use the Grade Types filter to select specific terms (e.g., Term 1).
  2. Review the displayed columns, including student name, subject, teacher, and grades.


Important: Filtering by grade type is essential to avoid retrieving a large dataset, ensuring faster and more focused results.


Step 3: Analyze the Data

Once the filters are applied:

  1. Review individual student performance.
  2. Identify trends across subjects, semesters, or teachers.
  3. Export the data if needed by clicking on the export icon at the top right corner.



    Step 4: Utilize the Filtering Options
    1. Access the Filter Menu:

      • Click on the Filter button in the top-right corner of the Grades List screen. This opens a panel with multiple filtering criteria.
    2. Set the Filter Criteria:

      • Grade Types: Select the term or grade type (e.g., Term 1, Term 2).
      • Subject: Specify a subject to focus on grades for a single course (e.g., Arabic, Math).
      • Semester: Choose a semester to view data for a particular half of the academic year (e.g., Semester 1).
      • Teacher: Filter results by the teacher associated with the subject.
      • Student Grade: Set a range for student grades to view specific performance levels (e.g., from 50 to 80).
      • Out of 100: Define a grade range to refine the report based on maximum grade values.
    3. Apply or Clear Filters:

      • After selecting your criteria, click Filter to apply. The list updates instantly based on your selected filters.
      • To remove the applied filters, click Clear or manually deselect options.
    4. Add Additional Filters:

      • Click on + Add Filter to combine multiple criteria. For instance, you can filter by Subject and Teacher simultaneously.
