Customizing a new weekly plan in Edunation allows educators to organize lesson schedules, assignments, quizzes, and other course-related content efficiently. Follow these steps to create and configure a new weekly plan:
Step 1: Access the Weekly Plan Settings
- Log in to your Edunation account as an administrator or teacher.
- Navigate to Account Settings from the left-side menu.
- Under Timetable Settings, click on Weekly Plan Settings.
Step 2: Create a New Weekly Plan
- Click on the "+" (Add New) button in the top-right corner.
- A new window will open with customizable options.
Step 3: Configure the Weekly Plan Details
- Lesson Plan: Choose whether to show or hide lesson plans.
- Assignments: Select if assignments should be included.
- Exams & Quizzes: Enable or disable visibility for exams and quizzes.
- Files: Decide if lesson-related files should be displayed.
- Default Weekly Plan: Choose "Yes" if this should be the primary weekly plan for the course.
- Clear Text Format: Select Enable or Disable as needed.
- Hours From Week Start to Publish Plan: Define a time limit for plan availability (optional).
Step 4: Add Custom Fields
- Scroll down to the Custom Fields section.
- Choose the fields you want to include in the weekly plan.
- Arrange them in the preferred order for better organization.
Step 5: Assign the Weekly Plan to Group Levels
- Under the Group Levels section, assign the weekly plan to specific grades or class groups.
- Ensure the correct levels are selected for better implementation.
Step 6: Save the Weekly Plan
- Click "Save" to finalize the new weekly plan.
- If you want to create another weekly plan immediately, click "Save & Add New."
