The Conferences section allows teachers and students to manage and participate in online lessons effectively. Here's an overview of how to navigate and use this feature:


Viewing Conferences


In this section, all the conferences scheduled or conducted for a course are displayed. Users can access key details such as:

  • Lesson Date
  • Duration
  • Description
  • Status (e.g., completed, scheduled, or canceled)


Adding a New Conference

To schedule a new conference for a course:

  1. Click on the "Schedule Conference" button, located at the top right of the Conferences section.
  2. Fill in the required details, such as the date, duration, and description of the conference.
  3. Save the changes to ensure the conference is added to the course list.

Watching a Conference

To join or view a completed conference:

  1. Locate the desired conference in the list.
  2. Click the "Join" button beside the conference details.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the playback interface or live session.

Downloading Conference Files

For completed conferences:

  1. Open the conference playback interface.
  2. Use the "Download" button to save the recorded session and any related files for offline use.
