Access the Announcement Feature
Navigate to the main menu to select Announcement. You can access this feature in two ways:
- From the left-hand menu, where "Announcement" is listed as an option.
- From the plus (+) icon at the top of the homepage, which also provides quick access to create an announcement.
Enter the Details
In the provided fields, input the Title and the Announcement Body . Be concise and clear to ensure the message is understood by your target audience.Choose the Publication Mode
Select the desired publication mode, such as personal announcements visible only to the teacher or public announcements visible to all stakeholders .Set Publication Preferences
Define whether the announcement is Published immediately or scheduled for later. You can also specify an expiry date if needed .Add Attachments
If required, upload relevant files, audio, or other media to complement your announcement .Target the Audience
Specify the target audience for the announcement. You can select groups, courses, or individual users to ensure the message reaches the intended recipients .Send or Save
Once all details are filled in, click Send to publish the announcement or save it as a draft for further edits .
